As another SSP exclusive, we were able to obtain this footage of Rick Nash at an Under Armour shoot. Nash, taken first overall in the 2002 NHL draft, is one of the most skilled and dominating players in the NHL today. In 490 career NHL games, Nash has 213 goals and 184 assists for a notoriously low-scoring Columbus Blue Jackets team.
The numbers may be deceiving, as Nash does not put up a point-per-game pace, as with the rest of the elite talent in the NHL, but don’t let that fool you. Nash is one of the rarest talents in the NHL. He combines size, speed and skill to be one of the top scorers in the NHL year after year. Nash is simply playing under Ken Hitchcock and his defense-first style of play, which means more responsibility on the 25-year old to lead his team offensively and defensively.

Number 1 on this list is just absurd, and it just shows that Nash can really do anything with a puck. Nash has made a career out of moves like these, and is one of the most exciting players to watch in the NHL. Every time he touches the puck, he puts you on the edge of your seat, wondering what he is going to do next. Actually, you should probably just search Rick Nash in You Tube. Every video there is worth watching.
Aside from making opposing goalies look ridiculously helpless, Nash also has an edge to his game with a sense of humor. Nash talks about his first fight, and the oddest items he’s been asked to autograph while on the road. Interviews like this are a rare treat, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the interview.
